For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Came as in the picture, white. Included is a wall mount and a cord with a plug. I connected the instructions without problems. The only thing with the cloud storage has not figured it out yet. Works while everything is fine. In the online picture is a little late, but it's because of processing and transmission, not critical.

IMPORTANT: If your WIFI router's SSID is set to hidden, this will NOT make any connection no matter how many times you tried. I learned it the hard way. So much time was lost until I tried it. Video quality is good and acceptable for a security/surveillance camera. Night mode is good as well. Build quality feels alright. But the body and the antenna are of different shades of White. Next for me is to buy a long enough USB cable to keep this powered on after installation. The phone app works wonderfully. Motion detection feature works but I could take a minute for your phone to get a notification. Tracking feature is kinda broken I think. Doesn't track anyone. I prefer the motion detection than tracking. Also the 2-way talk back feature works. Buy a good size SD card or a cloud service to save your files and you're good to go. Happy with the product and it's price. Recommend
